Pilot project for the recruitment of international skilled workers for the German skilled crafts sector
The project “Future International Talents for German Climate Businesses” recruits experienced skilled workers from Colombia and Uzbekistan for German skilled crafts business. As part of the project, skilled workers are identified, prepared for working and living in Germany and matched with skilled crafts businesses. Employers and skilled workers receive personalised advice, guidance and support at every stage of the immigration and integration process.
The pilot project is implemented by the German Confederation of Skilled Crafts (ZDH), the Federal Employment Agency (BA) and sequa. It is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK).
