About us

The recruitment, placement and integration of skilled workers from non-EU countries is a complex task. Our project demonstrates how labour immigration can be successfully managed by companies of the German skilled crafts sector, mainly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Our experienced project team provides the expertise and support to make this possible. In addition, dedicated immigration advisors are available to assist companies and international skilled workers in the nine pilot regions with recruitment.

In our partner countries, Colombia and Uzbekistan, we collaborate closely with the national labour administrations. To ensure a smooth project implementation, we work in specialized regional and thematic teams. A steering committee, including representatives from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), oversees and monitors the project’s progress.
